Becoming an entrepreneur online is no longer a daunting task. With so many resources available, you can become a successful entrepreneur online. All you need is a computer, internet connection, and motivation.

Starting your own business usually takes a whole lot of capital to begin. Building a business online is not the same. I know for me when I began, I used a bunch of free trials to start.

Now that I have launched my online business, all these tools have become vital to my success.

If you are a new entrepreneur, these are the 10 tools you will need to begin your entrepreneurship.

 

1.) WordPress

WordPress is a content management system for creating a website. It is crowd-sourced and free to use. With over 4,000 themes to choose from, it will make your website look professional. WordPress is simple to add content, pictures, videos, and all the data you need for your business. All you need is a platform to host your website.

2.) Jaaxy

Jaaxy is a keyword search tool. You will need a keyword search tool for your online business. If you do not know what words people are using to search with, you will miss your target audience. You will have access to real-time data, such as the number of searches, the amount of traffic, amount of competition, and domains related to that search. A free trial is offered to begin.

3.) Google Analytics

Google Analytics will track the amount of traffic to your website for free. All you need is a Gmail account. You will be able to track where the traffic is coming from, keywords searched to find your website, along with other information,  to help build a more positive experience for visitors on your website.

4.) Fiverr

Fiverr is an online marketplace where freelancers offer services starting at $5. When you start your business online, you might need a logo design or pictures created for your website. All the graphics once created are owned solely by you. You will be able to use your logo across all your social media platforms to further your brand reach.

5.) Buffer

Buffer is a platform and app to create content for all your social media pages. You can view all the analytics, create a posting schedule, shorten links and reshare messages. This is an extremely powerful tool to grow your brand on all social media platforms.

6.) Shopify

If you are an entrepreneur online and have products to sell, this is perfect for you. You will not need to learn the complex code for developing a safe and secure checkout. With Shopify, you can add a shopping cart to your website that accepts credit cards and PayPal. All your customers will be protected over an encrypted server.

7.) Grasshopper

Grasshopper will give you an 800 number for your company. Having an 800 number will give your business a legitimate and professional element. You will also be able to add as many lines as you want to this 800 number. This is perfect to have for everyone working for you.

8.) Dropbox

Dropbox is a tool to store your company’s information online. By doing this, you will not have to save or transfer documents onto your computer. Also, you, your employees, and clients can access this information from anywhere in the world. Dropbox is free for a certain storage level. You can always upgrade as your company grows to be able to store more data.

9.) Meetup

You have an online business, but still want to dominate your local market. Meetup is a place to network with other individuals in your area. You can also find keynote speakers related to your industry to further your learning. Signing up is free, although some events in your local area may have a small admission fee.

10.) Wealthy Affiliate

Wealthy Affiliate is helping people build a business online from scratch. If you do not have any web-based knowledge, this is the platform to join. There is a free trial to get started. You will have access to lesson courses, webinars, a community of other entrepreneurs, and hosting for your website.   1. I use 6 of these tools myself. I use Wealthy Affiliate, Jaaxy, WordPress, Dropbox, Fiverr, Buffer…

    I also use other tools, but the ones above are the most beneficial tools for entrepreneurs in my view.

    Cool list, Can you make another list of additional tools? I’d like to see that.

    for example, sometimes I use a tool called hootsuite, which is similar to buffer.

      I will make another list. I found these ten to be the most used by myself right now. I use all ten of these on a daily basis. So I will make more as I continue to use more tools!
